We are proud to introduce Caroline Tonelli, who joined Leaf in March 2025 as Technical Sales Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa! In her role, Caroline nurtures and develops the existing EMEA market coverage. Through her function, she understands the needs of our partners to better address them, leveraging our existing solutions. She also provides our customers with technical services to ensure bast-in-class industrial performance.
Caroline holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, as well as an Engineering Degree in Formulation, Cosmetics and Quality Management. Caroline gathers over 20 years of industry experience as Sales Manager and Business Development Manager in several international companies.

What motivates you in your work?
Tonelli: “What drives me is bringing technical expertise with commercial strategy: collaborating with customers and colleagues on innovative projects for sustainable solutions”
- What was the destination of your last trip?
Tonelli: “My last trip was in the French Alps, we enjoyed skiing with family, one of the most relaxing holidays for me!”
- Who inspires you?
Tonelli: “I believe that inspirations comes not only from famous figures. I am particularily inspired by people who are innovative and dedicated to making a positive impact in science or social change.”
- What do you like most about teamwork?
Tonelli: “Sharing ideas often leads to better solutions. Collective achievements, common goals create a motivating environment!”
