Successful commissioning marked by collaboration
VRV recently announced the successful commencement of commercial operations at its ethanol production plant, following the smooth and timely completion of commissioning activities. The plant has achieved stable operations across all key process units and reached designed capacity while meeting stringent quality and environmental standards.
For the commissioning of their ethanol production plant, VRV chose Leaf and Catalysts as preferred partners. From the early stages of the project, our team collaborated closely with VRV’s operations team, alongside the customer service experts from Catalyst, to ensure a successful commissioning and full-scale production.
The facility was commissioned using Ethanol Red®, our trusted yeast solution for high-performance bioethanol production. Its superior quality and resilience, coupled with our team’s expertise, were instrumental in achieving stable operations from the first day of production.
