We are proud to introduce Arjun Gopalakrishnan, who joined Leaf in January 2025 as Process Automation Engineer in India! In his role, Arjun is responsible for implementing and providing support to use automation systems, enhancing the efficiency, safety and reliability of bioethanol production processes. Daily, Arjun travels to our partners’ facilities and studies the potential of instrumentation to create further value from their fermentation tanks.
Arjun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control from NSS College, and gathers several years of experience as Automation Instrumentation Engineer and Senior Automation Engineer.

- What is your school background?
Gopalakrishnan: “I have completed a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control at NSS College.”
- What was the destination of your last trip?
Gopalakrishnan: “I went to Kashmir! If you want to feel how heaven looks like, then plan a trip to Kashmir.”
- How do you spend your free time?
Gopalakrishnan: “I mostly like to spend my free time with my family”
